We use money as a medium of exchange or a measure of value.
And without money, we wonder how we could move forward in our day-to-day activities.
So it may seem that money is everything. Because if you have money, you have autonomy on where it goes and what to do with your life (unless you are bound by debt).
Your money could buy you some independence too. And when you have lots of money, you feel empowered and at the top of your game.
But who would you be in society if you had none?
You might grapple with your identity when you are stripped of money.
So, when you value yourself in terms of money, you’d feel lost when it’s gone.
Like when your debit card goes through a system glitch, you get a negative balance. What a joke.
Are you your money’s worth, or are you who you are regardless of how much money you have?
