If you force yourself to look, you will see forces that are at work in the world. Some, you’re already familiar with. They are fame, money, and power. They don’t usually go together, but when they do, they amplify one another. And they usually end up in corruption.
The easier route for you to take is to be oblivious about such things while you only live inside your little world. But you cannot deny these forces that are at work regardless of your attention.
I hope you stop turning a blind eye to these things. Be on the lookout, and make sure that you are not caught up with them.
