With as simple as an online map search while traveling on public transport, you can help some passengers without access to the internet locate their destination without them asking you directly.

Overhearing their inquiries about how to get there to a driver who’s unsure how to respond can be an avenue for you to extend help.

“I can help you with that” often leads to a sincere “Thank you very much.“

And a simple act of kindness could just make somebody’s day.
