A year ago, I was tasked to supervise a small team of volunteers and ensure that we produce radio episodes weekly.
The managerial aspect seems straightforward, such as making a system the volunteers can easily follow and ensuring that we stick to that system.
Building a system was the first step, but I can attribute the rest of our success to the unity the Lord has put into our hearts and the accountability each volunteer carries, ensuring we give our best.
We worked as a team, a body with many parts.
