No wonder we could spend hours doom-scrolling, not thinking of everything else we could do aside from staring blankly at our screens. Busy hands quiet the mind.
And it’s fascinating how we often run away from our thoughts, drowning them with information we don’t necessarily have to know. I remember how I allowed myself to be wasted away watching cat videos when I could have used the same time doing laundry instead.
