It’s easy to move things forward when everyone involved heads the same way.
You don’t have to tell anybody what they need to do precisely. Instead, lead by setting the goal, and it won’t be difficult for those in the team (who also hold themselves accountable) to initiate and create.
Anyone always has something to offer towards reaching the goal.
Money isn’t an excuse unless they let it be.
