When you’re old, priorities change.
That instead of chasing the latest fashion trends, you now look for what’s latest in health care. You now think more about investing in health maintenance, should I eat this or that.
You begin to become more particular with the numbers. Is my blood pressure normal? My sugar count?
But while you’re young, it’s easy to hold off the healthy choices until later because we think that our future selves wouldn’t bother.
However, what we do now matter.
And I still feel guilty about the chocolate candies I just ate.
