Dear reader from the future,
Would you believe that I am still writing this in the time of a pandemic? But things are starting to shift, from isolation back to openness, and yes, mobility!
Can you imagine how lonely places are without kids running around?
And as restrictions are being lifted across cities in our country, it feels like we’re making a progress of building our lives back together. Are cases still rising? In some parts of the globe, yes. But for now, I’ll hold on to this change, the kind that gives me hope that we’re finally seeing the end of the pandemic.
What causes this shift?
I’d like to believe it’s the standard health protocols like wearing masks and the massive inoculation drives. Vaccines work!
Your letter writer from the past,
Jessa
