Everyday Stories, Lived

What we leave here, now

in

Four years ago, this is what I wrote:

We hustle our already fast-paced lives and take all there is we can take. We take space. We take dominance. We take hearts. And just as how fast we come into place, we will notice too late that we disappear gradually through time. Remembered by the few we have imparted our lives with until we are remembered by none. In the end, it is not all about what we have taken from this life we live. It is a matter of what we leave here, what we leave now. Until then, we never have lived at all.

And I still find myself in these words, tucked inside my computer, forgotten.

But it has finally come out to meet the light of day.

Now you know what it was like to meet me four years ago. Even now, I still continue to write.

Thanks for joining me on this journey.
