It’s been two years since I received my master’s degree. And yes, my diploma wouldn’t tell you whether I care about the things that I should.
And most of the time, we work because we want to get paid. And we want to get paid because we have bills to pay and mouths to feed.
We need to keep the lights on.
However, it takes genuine care for someone with a diploma to strive for insight, earn experience, and develop concern.
A diploma alone won’t start a change, a heart that cares does.
The fact that you have a degree doesn’t mean you have insight, experience, or concern. You’ve acquired a piece of paper, but that doesn’t mean you care.
