It’s tempting to think that life is as simple as doing this results in that.
That if you will just work so hard, you will become successful.
That if you will just put in all the effort, you will be met with equal generosity.
But with an honest evaluation, life isn’t always like that.
Some have worked their part only to pass on their wealth to somebody who doesn’t care.
And those who strived to climb up the corporate ladder find themselves on a tightrope.
These past few days reminded me that there are so many things that are beyond our control.
But acknowledging that there is a God who knows your exact need and when, a God who serves justice to those who need it, and a God who is sovereign above all the rulers and governments, you can find peace.
And here’s what peace looks like.
