A leader’s action affects other people. In some ways, they can even destroy the fire in people’s hearts—the same works for their inaction.

The thing is, it’s easy to point fingers at leaders because they are already the easy target. Standing on the pedestal for all the people to see.

For us who are here watching and waiting, we have the choice to either play the blame game or do something about the things we have control over.

Yes, you’re right. It always takes one to make a majority. So carefully choose which way you want to go.
