If you have read my previous post on why you should have a cat, you might find that the kittens show some semblance with our cat Coco. And yes, your intuitions are right. She gave birth to these lovely kittens.
I may have talked about her peculiarities, but one thing you’ll like about Coco is her motherly affection. She might be so moody, but seeing her give birth allows me to see another side of her. She is a determined, strong, and independent.
Domestic cats are our family too, just with paws and mood swings.
And yes, she’s also a good teacher. When she was just a kitten, we potty-trained her with an improvised litter box. The moment she became a mother, she learned to teach all of them how to do it.
She’s still moody at times, and I guess we have to live with that.
If you’ve never had a cat in your home before, you might consider having one.
Cats are lovely in their own way.
