During one of our follow-up calls, our immediate work supervisor told us that you expect it’s a sound output when received from a professional. But only when you look into the work closely will you find errors, discrepancies, and whatever is in between.
What I learned from the conversation we had is this:
Inspect what you expect.
Because you might be disappointed when someone calls you out for shoddy work knowing that you could’ve mitigated it when the ball is still in your court.
So inspect what you expect. Because most of the time, failed expectations are in part due to a lack of follow-ups.
