Perhaps, you’ve grudgingly participated in large group brainstorming sessions because you believe nothing comes much out of it.

Yes, you can talk about so many things but barely see any actions that result from it.

So, the next time you really want to gather a group of people, instead of doing the brainstorming as a group, you might consider only meeting together to aggregate individual ideas. In this way, everyone will be given a chance to validate and improve their ideas, and perhaps, you’ll get the response you’re seeking.
