We all have bad ideas, most of the time.
But with all the bad ideas we have, a few good ideas will always come out of them.
Regardless, we all have ideas.
What remains is how to get your idea across.
It fascinated me when one colleague offered an alternative without being too pushy about it just by adding, “Would that help?”
And perhaps, when it comes to sharing ideas, one must always be open to rejection. Because your ideas might not be for everybody, but at least, for somebody.
