Backstory

I really wanted to buy the ready-to-eat coffee jelly I saw on a grocery shelf one day, but my husband said no (because I’ve been eating too much sweets lately). So, whenever I go to that grocery store and see the product on the shelf, my heart sinks every time.

But one day, I let my cravings rule, bought a jar of Dolci coffee jelly, and brought it home.

So, when my husband arrived from a week-long work travel, I told him how I finally bought the coffee jelly I’d been telling him about and how happy I was with how delectable it was. Of course, you have to let the husband get a taste of it, right? And he did. And he never said anything about it.

One day, when he went out for a grocery run, I told him I wished he’d buy another Dolci coffee jelly jar because the one in the fridge was almost empty. I don’t know what’s it with the husbands and their itchy habit of saying “No” because he did say no before he left.

So, I went on with my day (thinking I’d buy it myself when I would go to the grocery store next time), but to my surprise, he bought one, and my heart was glad. Apparently, he did like it and planned to add them to his iced cold coffee so. . . . 💁🏻‍♀️

Here’s where you can buy the Dolci ready-to-eat coffee jelly in a jar:

And because the jar comes with a small recipe list, and I don’t want to keep it around, but at the same time, I don’t want to throw the recipes away, so I am writing them down here for future reference. And you might want to have a copy of them, too. So, here are some coffee jelly recipes from Dolci Premium Quality Coffee Jelly.
