I always believed that to have a story you’d like to go back to and tell people from the future, you make it happen today.
So, despite the initial opposition we received about getting married outside our place of birth, a two-hour flight to be exact, my husband and I was not just considering what was at the moment but what will be.
Seeing things from the perspective as if they already took place encourages you to make bold decisions because you know that what you intend to do is worth doing. Only when you dare to do something bigger will you be able to have a story to tell, something that you’d like to talk about to the people from the future.
