Standing up while explaining my work during meetings requires more effort than just sitting down the whole time.
And because standing up is eventually tiring, I’m compelled to make the most of my time by getting the story straight and doing away with all the ramblings. I never really thought about it as something that could help me deliver shortly and effectively, but it did.

Although we never did any stand-up meetings, I experienced how standing up to deliver my presentation at work meetings elicited the same result.
