Everyday Stories, Lived

Everybody has a role

in

Despite our difference, it might be surprising to find how everybody fits in a role that keeps an organization alive.

Unless that person is totally useless, that person would’ve been kicked out long ago (okay, this doesn’t count those that should have been kicked out but weren’t due to systems in place).

But as long as that person is still there, you can still find a use for that person, even if they are half-hearted about it.

Because if you have to do everything, you will eventually burst inward (sometimes outward) because we can only overwork for a time before we implode (or explode).

In the meantime, let them fill in the spaces (while you get your much-needed rest) until a better person can replace them.
