Money can never mend a broken soul. It might provide a temporary relief, but money only obscures deeper suffering.
I have felt a pain so intense that nothing matters anymore because the pain is the only feeling that’s left to feel.
If you would say, “Money could make me happy,” then you might not have been so broken that you still find the strength even to say that.
