Sometimes I think I am too good for the system. I am a grown up with free will. I can command myself not to spend more screen time when it’s time to go.
But the system has learned to exploit human weakness, which keeps me hooked and trapped in the cycle.
Intentionally spending time with people outside man-made walls and out into nature is the antidote to reclaiming our control—an alternative that could replace a habit we don’t want to have anymore. Replacing virtual interactions with physical ones.
The same way we’d fill up our space with nutritious foods and out with junk.
