In an unprecedented evening, I found myself having dinner with an attorney and at the same time a co-founder of a renewable energy company. Upon hearing his stories of how he came to be where he is now, I learned about two kinds of people:
- People who create
- People who react to things created
Those who create initiatives and make their ideas come alive into actionable steps are the kind of people who work so hard in making them happen. They are not just dreamers but also planners and enforcers. They don’t just wait for somebody else to take action but they take the lead.
If you are not that kind of person, then you are a number 2, a reactor. Mostly, complainers come from this kind of people.
