When you’ve prepared for it, the rain won’t bother you anymore. You are okay to get wet because you’ve equipped yourself for the occasion.
So, if you don’t go out ready, especially when you already have the foresight of what may be, you are setting yourself up for disappointment.
The same goes for the choices you make if you don’t exercise prudence.
