If you spend your hours binge-watching movies alone, it could show what you value at the moment: entertain yourself. And seeking personal pleasures isn’t bad at all.
However, when it becomes the primary goal, entertainment becomes a form of bondage, where you feel enslaved by the act and find no deep pleasure from it anymore.

No wonder time moves slowly when we spend time with other people face to face. Because as we refresh others with our presence, we also become refreshed.
As it says in Proverbs 27:17 (ESV), “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”
