Strawberry shortcake

Have you had any experience telling yourself you’d celebrate a small achievement with a cake but didn’t?

So many times have I told myself that for every milestone I achieve in this blog, I’d celebrate it with a cake. I did once when I was back home.

But ever since returning to the metro, I keep holding it off until the next milestone is achieved.

Not until today.

And what a longing fulfilled!

Been wanting to try this strawberry shortcake from the neighboring street.

I’m so glad we did.
