If you keep doing nothing but lounge and scroll throughout the day, don’t be surprised to find yourself doing the same thing until evening. Unless you want to break the cycle and do something that really matters, say, read a book that could help you gain more information for work and self-improvement, it would be challenging to pull yourself out of a lazy day.
But I discovered that the resistance only happens at the beginning.
Once you get moving, it gets easier to do more work and get things done.
So if you want to start your day energized and with a purpose, begin with intention, doing the things that will help you get going throughout the rest of the day.
Momentum begets momentum, and the best way to start is start.
