When I was still single and living away from my family, I could freely live a spontaneous lifestyle because nobody was waiting at home for me. If you want to drag me to try out the famous soft-served ice cream in the busiest city today, I’d be glad to go with you without thinking twice.
But now that I’m married, how I respond to spontaneous night-outs changed. This time, I had to ask my husband if he’d be alright about us going out with some of our friends.
Now I understand what my family says about how things change when you get married. But I’m glad I can freely go out with my husband now and go home late as we please.
