Getting out in the sun and traveling

If you had five more minutes under the ruffled sheets, you could have simply brushed the day off in slumber. But if you have set your mind to be somewhere else, then you can push your body to be out on the road even when most of the world sleeps.

To be in so many places in one day fills you with vigor!

It makes you feel like there’s more to life while you’re through the motions.

Or, more likely, being out in the sun (moderate sun exposure) stimulates the production of serotonin, making you feel awake and lightening up your mood.
