And when some things are not correctly written and are misinterpreted later, you could be in trouble just because the words do not reflect what one party wants to say.
Words can be interpreted in so many ways.
So the next time you find yourself signing contracts. Read. You might just find a statement or two (or even more) that you disagree with. Just by reading through the terms of the agreement could totally make a difference when one doesn’t fulfill an obligation.
