It’s easy to tell people how they should be accountable.
But does telling them would guarantee you a response?
Perhaps not.
Because accountability is values-driven.
If they see accountability as a sign that they are trustworthy, you don’t have to push somebody to become accountable.
They will do it without much nudging from your end.
Being accountable for whatever they set their hands to do is just natural for them.
Because I learned that accountable people feel like sinning against themselves if they won’t hold themselves responsible for the work given to them.
And perhaps, finding these kinds of people is a total gem.
