There are values we uphold.
Hence, when others don’t keep the same behavioral standards we do, we shy away from them.
We don’t hate them; no, we don’t. We simply make ourselves scarce around them because they are not the kind of people we linger around with.
On occasions when we should be mingling with them, say, a professional activity, we are courteous and polite to them.
But once that is over, we exchange our goodbyes to them kindly.
Then we go to the circles we want to be in.
Because those people we shy away from are simply not the kind of circle we want to be in.
