Have you ever built a routine that brought you to a place you wanted to be?
If you did, that’s wonderful! Congratulations!
However, sooner or later, you will realize that what got you here won’t exactly get you there.
And yes, that’s what exactly happened to me.
I learned (after stressful days and nights) that you need to strip away the old routines to make way with the new ones. Only when you acknowledge that will you move on and forward, break new records and accomplish things.
You might be nostalgic to let go of the things you’ve been doing for quite some time, but remember that there’s only so much time for the things that will help you grow.
So, choose which ones you should spend most of your effort.
If you leave this unchecked, trying to catch up with so many things might eventually burn you out.
