Things don’t always continue

in

From this week’s Sunday service, I have learned about two kinds of contentment. One is being complacent about how things will remain the same. The other is a kind of contentment that depends on the Lord our God.

They think the Lord will do nothing to them, either good or bad.
Zephaniah 1:12 NLT

And it takes humility to acknowledge that it’s only through our dependence on God that we can stand through the transitions in life.
