There’s nothing more humbling as learning something new.
Why?
Because you are forced to admit that you’ve known nothing much about what you are trying to learn. You may appear vulnerable, but this kind of openness allows you to learn better.
Remember, you never criticize a toddler who is learning to walk and talk. Instead, you encourage them.
And maybe, that’s what you need right now, a little push and a little encouragement. Do not be afraid of being laughed at just because you are still starting when everybody else is already beyond your level.
Just continue learning, and you will eventually become better than you are now.
