You can still do things without looking at the time.
As tempting as it is to always valuate your work based on the minutes (or hours) you were able to put into it, sometimes, it’s worthwhile to just do the work no matter how long it takes.
Because it’s not about how much time you spent with somebody that makes the moment count. It’s always about how you made the moment count.
And taking a break isn’t a sin (even when the productivity craze convinces you that it is).
From my experience, taking a break and giving yourself the space to wander allows you to imagine better. And perhaps, it’s the very thing that will keep you from falling apart.
